Limited Lifetime Warranty

Applicable for all rods unless specifically noted.

Thompson’s Custom Rods are warranted with a Limited Lifetime warranty on craftsmanship. In the event of breakage simply return the rod along with a check for 50.00 and the rod will be replaced. In the event the blank or components used are not available due to discontinued products it will be replaced with comparable parts as redeemed by the manufacturer. This warranty does not include misuse, neglect, normal wear and tear, accidental damage or repairs from others.

 Note: In no way shall Thompson’s Custom Rods be held liable for individual or consequential damages due to breach of this warranty or other warranties implied by law. Under no circumstances will the liability of Thompson’s Custom Rods exceed the original purchase price of the rod, less applicable taxes.
